LunaNyx Wax Studio is by appointment ONLY! When booking an appointment, I do require a Credit Card to be used to secure the appointment, the card is not charged until the end of service if you chose to pay that way.
The system we use, PocketSuite is run in a secure data center with all communication over an encrypted data connection similar to what banks use! We are PCI compliant (certified by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), we do not store passwords and we do not store credit card information. So your information is safe with us!
CANCEL/LATE
All appointments must be secured by a valid credit card.
As a courtesy to our other guests and our service provider, please notify us 12-hours in advance, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Besties with late-cancellations will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total for less than 12 hours notice.
NO SHOWING for an appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment.
If you make an appointment and have shaved or done any other form of hair removal in the last 3 weeks, and your hair is not long enough to be waxed, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% of the service fee and rescheduled to come back in 3 weeks.
If you're running more than 10 minutes late, please contact us so we can decide if you can still come in or if we need to reschedule you! You will be charged 25% of the service(s) scheduled.
Fees will be charged to the credit card on file.

If the card on file is declined, I understand life happens! An invoice will be sent and must be paid before you can come back to the studio, if invoices are left unpaid( 30 days) you will be banned from booking with LunaNyx Wax Studio again and LunaNyx Wax Studio reserves the right to file a police report for theft of services.
Appointments are required, and we encourage you to pre-book your next appointment when checking out! We send out a reminder Text and Email the day before your appointment.
